advice on fitting in workouts/finding energy?

hello! i'm trying to get back on track after moving to a new province 5 months ago, and it's been difficult. there been a lot of snow and ice here (making it impossible to jog, and not motivating me to get walking more than i have to in -20C weather). before i moved, i had more time and access to equipment, and i used to exercise 5 days a week (cardio and weights). anyway, now i rarely exercise, and i just finished two months of 14 hour days of school/work combinations 5-6 days a week. i currently work 5-6 days a week, sometimes 12 hour shifts. i am a cashier at an extremely busy grocery store, and standing for 12 hours is physically exhausting (though i'm not burning many calories), and by the time i get home i'm too tired and sore to exercise! i really miss exercising, losing weight, and feeling healthy, but i can't seem to find the energy. any advice?
i hope that was coherent.. clearly today was a 12 hour shift day.
