I am in Asia now and most of the time, they don't have nutrition label on their product. Here the only way I can get Greek Yogurt is to get it from Grocer store that sell imports goods and they are mostly expensive.
I finally manage to find a local store that sell local made Greek yogurt a few days a go and bought a big tub of it. The problem is that they don't provide the nutritional data aside from saying that it's made from 100% Full Cream, Cow Milk and Yogurt Culture. It's 450 gram a tub.
Does anybody know how many calories it is and how to calculate its nutrition info for this?

Just go to the database and pick the closest thing you can find. For example, I just typed in 'Full fat greek yogurt' and a bunch of entries came up. Here's one;
Fage - Greek yoghurt Full fat
100g Serving:
Calories: 190
Total Fat: 10g
Cholesterol: 25mg
Sodium: 70mg
Total Carbs: 8g
Sugars: 6g

Hope this helps!0
