I am in Asia now and most place here doesn't provide nutritional information for people to look at. Usually when I buy Greek Yogurt here, I bought them from a store that sell imports item and they are quite expensive per tub. A few days a go I manage to fine a local place that sell their homemade Greek Yogurt.
The problem is they don't have nutritional info for this. The only information I could get from its tub is it is made from 100% Full Cream, Cow's Milk and Yogurt Culture. It is 450 gram per tub.
Does anybody know how to calculate its nutritional info and its calories?
