Hi guys this is day one on my journey to get fitter leaner and stronger, this looks like a cool tool that will help me lose the 23 pounds of junk I'm currently carrying around with me, cannot wait x

    I'm going to be using the treadmill that's currently thinks it's a coat stand four times a week and a couple of Zumba classes, I also own a powerplate which is great for toning along with resistance bands, thanks for asking
