Should I feel guilty?

Last night I came back in, drunk, and devoured half a pot of nutella on 4 sugar waffles. I then had a massive bowl of cereal. I am disgusting this happens almost everytime I drink. I did an hours swim yesterday aswell - all that effort for nothing.

Should I not eat today? I'm hungry for breakfast but i've already had it about 7 times over in the early hours of this morning

It makes me want to gve up drinking, but i'm not going to deny I enjoy going out and getting drunk with my friends - i'm at univesity and i don't want to have to compromise my student life just because i can't control myself with binging !

    I would clear your cupboards out of all the 'treats' give them to your housemates maybe? and start a fresh. If your main problem is when you have been out, you could prepare a salad for when you get home.

    Don't have the crap in the cupboards in the first place. If its not there, you can't eat it all.

    Perhaps have a couple of things ready for when you get back with a raging munch on. Eat properly before you go out in the first place. Plus lots of water.

    And enjoy yourself.


    Oh yeah, and eat breakfast. It's the law after a night out.
