after a long hiatus I'm back!

Approx 8 months ago I gave up and wanted to eat all the things that I shouldn't. I kept up a moderate lifestyle though and thank god I only put 7 kgs back on. It could have been a lot worse, but I'm back. Back to eating small healthy meals and exercising daily.

Its the success stories and motivation from the MFP members that brought me back. Thank you wonderful people!!!

Here is a comparison pic....

    Welcome back!

I too went on a hiatus for a little bit and gained about 5 pounds (don't seem like much but I fought HARD to get to where I was). I still have about 20-30 more to go.

You can do it!, Great job already!

Welcome back. In January when I was on travel, i just gave up and ate everything I like without controlling the portion sizes and I put on 10 pounds. Now I am back on schedule. I am more determined than ever and already lost about 4 pounds. Good luck.

It's great to have you back. Welcome!

I think the idea is not getting tired! I believe a new lifestyle is what you really get hooked on.

Everyone has a winning formula. Mine is: "healthy food" is "cooking at home what you really like" , "eating everything but in moderation and reduce consumption of processed sugar.

Of course, as mohanj said, to be aware that traveling generally means weig gain that will be lost at home.It happens every time! But that's what life is! We are not going to be in a life weight losing mode... Sooner or later we stabilize in a healthy weight. Who cares if it is a month or two later!

    Great to have you! Enjoy!
