Hi! I'm new here, and .. I could definitely use some tips?

I've used this site on and off before for the weight tracker, but I always forget about it. I've put on way too much weight this time, so I feel like putting myself into the message boards will really keep me serious.

I'm looking to look 36 pounds in total. I would definitely love some friends on here, so we can exchange diet advice and progress and motivate each other!
