Lumbar Spinal Fusion

Greetings! About 7 years ago, I had lumbar spinal fusion (successful!) but now at 52 years old, I struggle with abdominal fat! Any suggestions? I walk our dog. Tried water Zumba until a shoulder bone spur took me out for rotator cuff surgery.
