Just because leaning new stuff is fun and I'm very rancom, here's a couple:

    Nice bro! I've actually been considering uping my net cals, I think I might be overdoing the deficit a little too much but at the same time I'm kinda on the fence about it because I probably consume 200-400 more then I log from the little somewhat insignificant things through out the days such as hot sauce, salsa, occasional kombucha...that kinda stuff. Plus I haven't been loosing nearly 2lbs a week 1 would be fine as, contrary to popular belief I do think it's possible to gain a little muscle mass while cutting with a caloric deficit granted your diet is sufficient in clean carbs and protein.
