If you're looking to add more protein into your diet with less fat and carbohydrates it is.
As far as the "diet" whey they usually add stuff in it to "boost" your metabolism and then jack up the price.
I wouldn't waste your money.0 -
Well their site does say this:
also contains a plethora of added ingredients that are used extensively in a variety of weight loss formulas on the market
Conclusive proof that it's superior ingredients best all other protein powders........just kidding. It's just protein powder, and it does contain soy, which is less bioavailable than whey.
If you need protein, it's fine but from a price standpoint you could find cheaper. imo0 -
I was told it would help me a lot?
i want to lose weight tho and not build muscle?
so is a lot of pretein good for me?
I have not got a clue..... obviously0 -
You should eat protein.
1 gram per pound of lean body mass
Fats should be about .35 grams/ per pound of lean body mass
Whether you want to get that through protein shakes or not is your choice,
The shakes won't do anything special. Neither will the "plethora of added ingredients"0
