Sodas

I gave up all soda 3 months ago, but didnt lose any weight. I thought giving them up would help. But in not going back to them.

    are you drinking other sugary beverages like sweet tea or juices? that might be the issue. I'm trying to stick to just drinking plain old water and green tea that i brew and sweeten myself (I'm only using 3 tsp of sugar if that most days), and it helped me drop weight pretty quickly.

    what you're eating could be an issue too, and how much you exercise. I don't know about either pertaining to you, so I can only guess.

    Giving up soad is great, but it can only be part of a larger plan. I used to drink6-8 bottles a day. GIving that up was a good start, but it must be followed by a rigid nutrition and exercise plan.
