Hey Everyone :flowerforyou: ... Who has a calorie counting watch? do you love it? use it? i'm debating on getting one. I really think it would motivate me, does it motivate you? would love to hear your suggestions/thoughts... and I need more friends

They're great for when you're doing exercise, so you can keep track of your heart rate (so you don't work too hard/too little).
The calorie counting function is decent too, but I usually subtract 20%+ of the calories it claims I've burnt; to get a more realistic number of calories lost.
The one I use is from Polar, and they're known to make some great heart rate monitors!0 -
I use the Polar FT40 and i love it, it monitors my heart rate and calories burned, it also keeps them on file so you can see the total amonunt burned for the week0
