I weigh a good amount more than I should and I am sure there were many factors attributing to my weight gain, such as, working night shift, sleeping during the day and more recently, working on my Master's degree. I eat healthy and I am moving more; therefore, I should be able to lose twenty pounds by July. It is a reasonable goal for someone like me who will not give up Pizza or Ice cream. To hell with that. Anyways, my exercise consists of elleptical use several times a day. I am going to see how that works out for me.

Hey Frost,
20lbs by July is totally doable. Just make sure you burn more calories than you consume. As for the exercise, the elliptical is great, you may want to consider a strength training program also. Good luck and just stick with it.0 -
I hear ya. I refuse to give up anything that I like too. I couldn't live a lifetime without the foods I love. 20lbs is doable before July. You can do it!0
