how do i find how many calories fitness videos burn?

I tend to like to work out to free videos provided by my cable company. How do i figure out how many calories i burned. Even like the "insanity" or "P90x" videos arent in the data base. What category of exercise does a plyometric workout fit under?

Maybe try finding something close, like arobic... Also when I asked a simular question about the XBOX Kennect I was told that you can check your pulse and google your calories burned at X heart rate..

I use this website. From the feedback I've gotten it's pretty close to the correct calorie burn. Unless you have a heart rate moniter.
