Hi I am looking for some really good fitness DVDs where you actually see a change if anybody knows of any?
Also has anybody done the 30 day shred? What accessories do you need to do it? And do you see a difference?
Thanks.

You will lose inches while doing the 30 day shred which is more important and #'s on the scale. Take measurements. You need light weights and possibly a mat if you are on a hard surface or to prevent rug burn.
Search 30ds results..there's lots of good ones!0 -
Thank you, how do you do it, do you just do 30 days? Or will it explain on the DVD? Thank you x0

I'm doing Jillian's Body Revolution and love it... All of her workouts are good.0

I just stared the 30ds and love it .. I use YouTube for it. Jillian walks you thru everything and they have one girl doing "modifed" options for beginners.0

I just started doing 30DS too. I'm on day 4 right now. It's a reeeaaalllly good workout. I'm so sore haha
It's on youtube, just search "30 day shred level 1". There are 3 levels of the shred, and you're supposed do each level for 10 days without resting. (but you can take a rest day if you need it) And yeah, you do need dumbbells (3-5 pounds) :]0 -
Zuzka Light on youtube.com + she also has her own DVD set called ZCut. 90 day program (3 DVDs) for less than $20. You can get them on Amazon or Zuzkalight.com0

Actually Jillian recommends you take a rest day. Do what your body tells you to do. Trust me I started on 1/28 and still have 6 days left but I usually take 2 rest days a week. It is supposed to be a total of 10 days for each level but do more if you need to. You will be super sore until about day 5 but the soreness goes away. I remember taking a rest day after the first 2 days and did some pilates instead to help stretch out my muscles. It is a great workout though.0

I dont know why everyone is so bothered about jillian dvds, ive seen them on fitness tv and they look rubbish, shes so bossy and arrogant and her accent puts me off haha, i just really didnt enjoy watching it so god knows how people workout using her.
i reccomend davina dvds, she workouts with her 2 personal trainers, the workouts are fab, she has 9 dvds,
i have 6 and they are all so good, shes really fun and motivating and also very down to earth. she does
workouts like bootcamp, cardio, weight routines like legs and bums, upper body, abs. etc check her dvds out
i reccomend kettleworx dvds if you want to use a kettlebell, the routines are varied and give
you lots off different moves to use your kettlebell with, only 25 mins and you've worked all your body!
im starting xtrain fit on monday its a 12 week programme with 8 dvds, cardio, circuit burnout, legs, arms, chest/back, yoga, stretch, hardcore. it actually says u workout 7 days a week for 12 weeks but im taking a rest day every 3-4 days so itll take me about 15-16 weeks all together, week 1-3 is fat shred week 4-9 strength and burn and 10-12 is finilization. it looks really good it has the names of each exercise at bottom of screen and has a bar what goes down so u can see how long u have left and a clock for the whole workout so you can see how long you have left, it has level 1-4 so u can go at your own fitness level. it comes with a motivational poster, where u mark off u exercise and put u before and after picture.0
