IM THINKING OF UPPING MY CALORIES FROM 1200 TO 1970 ACCORDING TO THE "FIT2FAT ROADMAP RATIO". HAS ANYBODY HAD ANY SUCCESS WITH IT? WHAT DID YOU EAT OR WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND NOT TO EAT?

I am! My current calorie goal is 1722. I have done some major yo-yo'ing, but after about 6 weeks, it seems to have settled out some. There are really no rules about what you can/can't eat, as long as it's within your calorie goals.0

I do. Diary is open. Been eating according to the Road Map for about a year and have had the best success during that time.
Do a search or go to the Road Map group here at MFP for heaps of success stories.0 -
2 weeks, 15 lbs, and a few inches down eating the 2190 calories it told me to eat, so I'd say it works0
