Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went for a 4 mile walk even though I was going to take the day off

What would I have done differently? Nothing!

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go for a walk (if it doesn't rain).

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? I don't think so - didn't have a bad day just think I might have gone over a bit because I didn't exercise

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No - didn't track my calories

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Relaxed

    What would I have done differently? Hum?

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and walk (or go to the Y)

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? don't know ... didn't track - but I think I did ok

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? I think so

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? snacked too much - but then skipped supper

    What would I have done differently? tracked my food

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and already did an hour of step atthe Y

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Kept my calories low - Compensation day.

    What would I have done differently? Got more done after an early morning.

    What are today's personal goals? EXERCISE!

    Finally weighed in after my Chicago week-end... up 0.3 pounds. Hmmm, not too bad!:ohwell:

    What would I have done differently? not eat some of those greasy wings.... ick!!! (but they were delicious)

    What would I have done differently? didn't need the 1/3 gyro

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and already did an hour of step at the Y

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed under my Cals. on Wednesday!! Usually a bad day with snacks @ Bible study and lunch in town.

    What would I have done differently? Exercise!

    Heading off to Guatemala with my daughter's Senior class. Diet and exercise will most likely not be at the top of my priority list. :smile: We will be working at an orphanage and I am so looking forward to the experience, especially for the kids! I am also excited to be at a healthier weight and fitness level. Sure will help to keep up with the students! Please keep our safety and servant hearts in your prayers! I will be back in May!

    Been MIA this week - went away Thur -Sat w/out laptop... tomorrow I am heading off for a business trip for 3 days. I am going to do my best to get some exercise in, log calories and try to make some good food choices @ the conference :bigsmile:
