I just bought Iso 100 whey protein powder yesterday and just want to make sure I have the measurements right. It states that 1 scoop is 28g (which is one serving). However, the scoop it comes with is a 2oz scoop. 28g is about 1 oz according to google. So should I've using 1/2 a scoop? Confused

If the nutrition information is for 28g, you should be weighing out 28g on a food scale & using that.0
