Hi my name is Cheryl and I'm new to the site. I have no idea how to navigate anything. How to log what I have eaten, exercise, and water consumption? Hoping someone out there is willing to help a newbie. Thank you.

Are you using the website or the cell phone app? Everything is pretty self explanatory. When you want to log food you've eaten, simply select "food" then type in what you ate. For instance, if you had Cheerios for breakfast, you'd select "food", type in the word Cheerios, then select the Cheerios option that matches what you ate. (Most times several food options will appear.) The same process applies to exercises. If all else fails, just play around with the site. It's not hard to navigate at all.0
