I had a baby a yr ago. I used to be big time into fitness never missed a day and went for hours sometimes two or three times a day if I was off work. Even went to the gym every Christmas. Now I have a family. Its been a hard struggle to even to get back into the gym because I want to spend all of my free time with my son.I now have a goal of 5 days a week that is sometimes only 20mins and I dont always meet bc of extra hours at work and I have to have time with my baby everyday or I'll go crazy. I am looking for other moms that can relate or even other people that think they can help motivate me and need motivation as well.
