Getting back on track! Help!

I've lost around 100 lbs since 10/11 and I was on a roll and feeling great. Well, the last 5 months or so I've struggled so hard with staying on track and continuing my weight loss. I've gained about 20 lbs back since June of last year and I'm tired of it!!! I need to find that motivation that I had in the beginning. I feel that maybe I've become too comfortable with the new way I look (kinda how some obese people don't view themselves as obese) and maybe that's why I've had such a hard time. Anyone have any tips for getting motivation back and pushing through?

Get that feeling back. You've gotta start in order to get motivated. Just have a healthy snack and do a quick workout. Then remember how hard that was for you at the very beginning of your journey. Let that inspire you with how far you've come, and think about how much farther you can go - not just lighter or thinner but stronger, healthier, faster.

If you've been off track for quite some time take it slow when you're getting back into it like you probably did when you started. Get 8 glasses of water a day. Have protein at every meal. Up your servings of vegetables, then up them again. Walk a mile. Jog a mile. Walk another one, only faster. You CAN do this and you've done SO much already!
