Ok guys so as i've gradually lost weight since i joined here last june I've noticed it had been a while since i reviewed my stats, now i did measure myself not so long ago and worked out body fat to be 25.9%, i'm currently 124 lbs and most of that bf is around the stomach area, my tdee is about 1676 as i am a college student and mostly sedentary yet it can be upto 1800 on workout days in which i do kickboxing/dancing...about twice a week...

I'm eating around 1360, as healthy as I can but there is some mixtures in there even though i do moderate and watch myself i'm smart about it,

Guesss i just want some advice is what i'm doing right can i stick at this to loose more...i'm really only looking to get down to about 8stone 3 currently at 8 stone 10 and i cant lose the last few whatsoever??...do i need more exercise, lately the exercise has slacked because i've been sick....i'm wonder if i pick up another class or try julian michaels will it make a change?

Any advice will be much appreciated, i know no one wants to ready everyones eles numbers but thought maybe some might be in or around my position and understand, feeling deflated really im yoyyoing between 8stone10 to 8stone7 weekly and my belly fat does not seem to be going down :(

Set your goal to half a pound a week. Eat all of your calories. Make sure you are logging accurately.

That's all I did to lose the last bit, and I never had any trouble with stalling.

Do weights and HIIT. Losing weight doesn't equal losing purely fat.

Thanks for the advice, know I need to be more accountable with my logging so will start there.
