So I lost 10 pounds before MFP and hit a plateau (that's why I got on) now I am down 21 pounds. I Haven't been able to weigh in since the 27th, and I was 203.5. I was able to weigh in today but it was in the evening after I had eaten. Anyway it looks like I'm still 203. I will weigh tomorrow (first thing in the morning this time), but I'm afraid I am plateauing again.

Everyone has their own methods for breaking plateaus, but I've found to be most effective is lower carbs, increasing protein, making sure your fat intake is adequate (at least .35g per pound of body weight), and varying your workouts (if you normally run, start lifting and vice versa). Give it at least a few weeks, but if it still doesn't work try eating clean for a while. Sometimes this helps. If there's still no change, eat less/move more.0

I hit one too and have been there for a month.. was makin me nuts... the advice you got is sound eat less and move more! I vary my workouts ( I do P90X) and that has really helped push me over the edge. One thing though, measure yourself, you may not be losing pounds but inches and it ALL counts. I woke up the other day and thought.."I feel different" and my Plateau was gone.. I have lost quite a few inches..Hang in there it WILL come off.. but check inches too!:happy:0

Fluctuation are normal throughout the day and from morning to night most people will gain several pounds thanks to food, water and waste in their system. It's probably nothing to worry about unless you go through several weeks of consistent weighing without losing.0

How many calories are you eating? Can you open your logs and what is your exercise routine?0
