    Ok, it doesn't look too bad, but I would definitely try to get your protein up to like you had it today. I eat anywhere from 130-175g of protein a day-feel free to ceck out my diry. Provided you don't have kdney problems, higher levels of protein will help to minimize muscle loss while at a calorie deficit.

    Seems pretty good to me. I too would suggest more protein on some days (not today, but going back a bit further). Also, I am quite impressed with your fibre intake for the days that I looked at!

    No, you're not overeating. Your net calories over the past 5 days (not counting today) average 809, and hit a low of 522 on one of those days. Even if your calorie burn was off by several hundred you were still undereating, not overeating.

    Since you only have a little to lose, try setting MFP to lose half a pound a week, and eating more to fuel your workouts properly. You'll still have the weight off before summer, and will be more likely to hold onto muscle so you look toned when the fat comes off. Plus you'll feel better and have more energy.
