skinny gal trying to put on the muscle

Hello!! This is completely new for me, but I am looking for some motivational friends. I am a fitness junkie and have been for most of my life. I just recently gave birth to the most amazing baby girl, and needless to say... I've fallen off the fitness bandwagon. I have had no problem getting back to size, but now I have a new goal, I want the female hard-body :) and I need some advice and motivation to help me reach my goals. Anyone with personal experience putting on the muscle (or anyone trying to do the same) add me!!

    I'm in a similar boat... no babies yet, but looking to gain muscle. I'm going to hitch onto this post to hear answers!

    FYI - I hear NROLFW is a great read. On my list.

    I am at the stage where I am happy with my weight and need to get cracking on the strength and other fitness. Feel free to add. I need encourgment to eat more consitantly lol
