NSV: I threw away the junk!

So today I bought oreos, pop tarts, and a box of donuts because I was at a weak moment. I went way over my daily calorie goal because of these things. But I'm not going to focus on the negative things, just the positive now! Just now I was in my room and all 3 of those things were sitting right in front of me. Even though I was already way over my calorie, I almost went to grab some more donuts. Well I told myself I was better than that and threw all those things out in the trash so I wouldn't be tempted tomorrow or now. If I didn't throw them away, I definitely would have eaten the rest tomorrow, going way over my calorie goal 2 days in a row! :noway:
But nope! Tomorrow is going to be a great day full of healthy choices! Cheers to tomorrow! :drinker:

btw, I logged EVERYTHING I ate today also. I usually don't log when I go way over because it's just so embarrassing. It wasn't pretty, but it made me realize just how much I had consumed.
