Switching things up

Alright, I've been here for quite some time and am looking for a switch. I've been checking around on the bodybuilding.com forums, and am looking to check out the keto diet, which I think will help me get out of my plateau. The only problem is that I'm going to need to change my calories, and can't find that section of the settings!!!!!

I need to change my total amount of calories, and the % of calories for fat/prot/carbs.



help me pleeeeease :)

  • Go to the My Home tab, then once you're there you'll see a sub-tab called Goals. I think that's what you're looking for. :smile:
