I am trying to find ingredient for 3 days that has proteins, and low carb. yet satisfying. i dont mind the cooking. and if you know any brands that has noooo gluten no whole grain and no trans, no added sugar (honey is optional), no soy beans oil, or vegetable oil, let me know :)

only dry food.. cause we arent gonna be sleeping in a hotel. in Spokane. PLEASE and THANK YOU!!
im gonna go out shopping. for the things. Ill also play around with ingredient :)

    I'm not sure if these are what you're looking for, but I have a son with a dairy and soy allergy. We always have to bring our food with us when we travel. Here are some staples that we often travel with:

    Beef jerky
    date rolls (dates rolled in coconut -- from Trader Joe's or Whole Foods)
    Nuts
    Homemade trail mix (peanuts, almonds, cashews, walnuts, dried blueberries, raisins, coconut, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips -- and anything else we have on hand)
    peanut butter on bananas
    avocados
    Procuittio
