Unveiled is the translation of my nickname.

I'm approacching for the first time to a real daily diet program and I decidedthe Dukan Diet for losing 8 Kg (18 lbs) to reach the ideal weight for my body.
We choosed Dukan Diet because I'm very addicted to any kind of carbohidrates, especially chocolate and sugar.
I'm very determinated and everyday I'm going to challange myself and think that every sacrifice is for my long-term best intrest.
Moreover I'm vegetarian, so I'm tryng a different Dukan Diet, probably less drastic... let's hope with same effectivness!

I'm not a native English speaker, so forgive my mistakes and try to understand me anyway! =D

    What you really need to do is change your eating habits. Eat lost of fruits and vegetables. Watch the way you cook. Limited the sweets. It five small meal a day.
