new to the site

my duaghter found this site and told me about it so i thought i would give it a try....
i work out every other day and have been for awhile now but i never have kept up with the calories and stuff so i thought this would help me on my quest to loose weight. and i need support and motivation so i can keep up with it.. so add me if you need support and motivation too!

    me too! I'm also new. In the past week, I've found keeping track of things really helps me moderate my eating. We're all in this together!

    welcome, the site will really put into perspective the calories that you eat. Remember the more you exercise the more you get to eat. good luck

    Welcome:smile: The diary and all the tools are so helpful. Seeing it on the screen is a great reminder of the basic math involved in losing weight. Exercise more = Eat more:wink: And being able to chart your goals and success is a great motivator.
