My current favorite is 300 gms of greens: choose from romaine, spinach, or part kale, or swiss chard, or bok choy
1 pear
soy milk
POM
mixed fresh or frozen berries
freshly grated ginger
choose 1 TBSP of 2 choices of either ground flax seeds, chia seeds, or hemp seeds.
Sweet enough I no longer need to add stevia!
I love to pack in the greens, but you don't have to eat that many if you don't like your smoothie so thick.0 -

I make mine into an entire meal and use it for breakfast, including my protein powder:
>1 scoop protein powder (optional) I use MyProtein MAX Elle True Diet strawberry flavour
>1 banana
>1-2 handfuls frozen berries
>3 large handfuls of spinach
> 1 cup almond milk (if not using protein powder)
If I include the protein powder then i measure it in my shaker and measure in roughly 100-150ml water shake it up and only add a splash of almond milk for slightly more flavour. This is just my basic recipe though and tastes lovely but i guess you could add in whatever you want.0
