Hi I am new to this forum and desperately trying hard to loose some weight. I am a Type 2 diabetic, and have been calorie counting using myfitnesspal. However, I am reading posts on other forums for diabetics and a lot of people are suggesting a low carb diet to control glucose and blood sugars, and have stated that you can loose up to 15lbs in 4 weeks. Anyone on this forum tried a low carb diet

    You need to limit simple carbs. and fruit. White bread, pasta and rice all act like sugar in your body. Exercise will help and eat every four hours.
