15 lbs in a month and 6 days.. 216 to 201

I've lost 23lbs total.. 15 of that using MFP.. I joined on Feb 4th. I was 216 on that day... This morning the scale said 201.2.... I still have a ways to go.. but just sharing my excitement. Ive done minimal exercise (I was jogging in place everyday but hurt my foot) I drink water all the time ...maybe an occasional diet coke.. I eat under 1200 calories a day. I eat whatever I want for the most part ..aslong as I eat the correct serving size and stay under my calories. I love MFP. If I didn't find it, I promise you I wouldnt be where Im at today. I have no idea how to post pics.. however u can check my pics.. the pic of me in the bright yellow shirt iIwas 216 .
The day I joined MFP. My main pic was me last week at 203...
