How crappy are those foldaway stationary bikes?

Possible to get an ok one for under $200 (or 150, ideally)? Can you easily switch between resistance levels? I mean the cheap manual ones, obviously.

If you already have a bike, look into getting a trainer to put your bike on. They are small and fairly inexpensive.0

Good idea! But no, I don't have a bike, because there aren't many paths in my area, and my spatial awareness sucks too much for me to trust myself around pedestrians or cars.0
