1 Pound away from maintenance

Yay!!!!! Have lost 17 lbs since September, and 1 lb away from my maintenance weight. I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but in that time I have traveled on 3 cruises, and I really put the pounds during a cruise. This has been a rewarding journey, it has imparted more discipline to my workouts, and cardio. Thanks MyFitnessPal, I owe ya big time!

    To JudoDad:

I set my goal at 185 lbs when I started. I don't need to weigh any less than that for my size, and metabolism. Thanks for the inquiry.
I wish you all the best of success, in obtaining your personal goal.
