I have a ton of frozen strawberries, and just tried to make a smoothie.
It didn't work.
I ended up with ice cream.
Ingredients
Two and a half cups or so of slightly-thawed strawberries
Half a cup or so of milk
Two scoops of EAS strawberry protein powder
Equipment
A strong blender (I have a Brevell)
Steps
Put ingredients in blender. Blend it (I used the smoothie setting). Scoop out the result with a spoon, because it will practically be too thick to pour! I'm eating it from a bowl like ice cream, this is the best lazy Sunday at-home brunch I've had in a while!
