Back on it again. Starting tomorrow!

Hi all! I've been off here for a while as my weight had been fine. However the last two months have seen the scales creeping up again. I really want to nip it in the bud while I only have 5lb to lose as I know that if I don't I'll be looking at 2 stone. Again! I need to be accountable and need people to kick my butt if they see my food diary containing stuff that shouldn't be there! So if you want a buddy to keep you motivated please add me as a friend and hopefully we can all help each other.
