Tough Mudder 2013

Hey everyone! Me and a couple of my buddies are signing up for tough mudder today and I wanted to get some opinions on it! Has anyone on here done the Tough Mudder? We will be doing the one in Buffalo and looking for any advice, tips, training, etc.!

    I am interested as well!

    I do not think this year will be an option but I WILL complete at least one next year. Schedule will just not allow this year.

    On their site there are some great work out/training tips and plans to follow. Also I found several different routines ppl used to train vi google/youtube search.
