Ready to tone and put some weight on!

Hi everyone! Been going to the gym for 2yrs now and although I've lost a lot of weight ove now decidedto bit a very little on and start toning up and gaining some muscle! Any tips/help is more then welcome, always like to learn new tips from people. I weigh 6stone5lbs at the moment.
