Diet - Back on!

Well, I gave up dieting only a week or so ago, thinking it just didn't matter if I lost those extra ten pounds. After a week of eating normally (and indulging in some of my favorites), I've decided to come back on. I just FEEL better when I eat better. If I lose those 10 pounds in the process of eating healthily, then yay as well! I'm looking forward to being back on here and getting encouraged by everyone who is just trying to be healthy and active :-)

    I think sometimes having a break from dietting is a good thing- just a few days or a week. It gives you a chance to eat different things and when you go back to your diet, you lose the weight you may have gained pretty quickly. But go you with the eating healthily and good luck with those last 10 pounds! x

    I've got 10 pounds to lose, too, and it's not easy! I know it's worth it for me, but I just can't get focused.

    I hope you can both eat healthy and lose weight while you're doing it!
