How to fight cravings- women issues

How do you fight you Time of the month cravings?

    I don't...I just hit the gym more! Luckily, the angry energy helps me get a good workout in! (Before, rather than during!)
    Occasionally I'll be able to switch a bar of chocolate for low cal hot chocolate, but not often...!
  • exercise, and then have my cravings

    You can try and exercise then have a bit of it. Something that works for some people... tell yourself you'll get some in 2 hours or tomorrow, whatever works for you. By then the craving might have passed.

    I find a cold glass of coke zero deals with the craving or some people suggest a square of dark choc.xx

    I have found that when I'm craving chocolate (which invariably will lead to mass consumption), eating sharp cheddar cheese or brushing my teeth with very strong minty toothpaste works well to stop the craving.
