A strange question

So I've been fat my whole life, the slimmest I've ever been was 170 at the age of 17 (just for reference I'm 5'5) so when it comes to figuring my goal weight I do the BMI thing and know I have small bones, so I guess the lower end of the scale. But that's so imperfect, cause it won't really guess what I'd actually look like. 120-125 might be too skinny, 135 might be better, etc.
But what I wonder is, is there a easy, non-creepy way to see women who are my height and their weights? Am I crazy for thinking that would be more helpful than that computer generated weight loss image simulator I've seen floating around on the internet.

Body composition possibilities being endless, I think the only way you're really going to know is to change your eating and exercise habits and maintain when you reach the size/shape you consider your personal best.0
