Suplements & Vitamins

Hey there! Just curious to get some other thoughts on a few things. I take a daily prenatal and calcium vitamin to make up for the nutrients I don't get from the food I consume.

I want to know your thoughts on these supplements/vitamins and please include any others you might be taken/heard of/know about:

Safflower Oil - supposed to help with toning
Raspberry Keytones - supposed to help w/ burning fat
Primrose Oil - helps w/ tightening skin among other things
Aloe Vera - helps w/ blood sugar control
Bee pollen - boost athletic performance

    i don't take any of those personally, but my boss has been taking some sort of energy supplement with bee pollen and she says it is helping her a lot with her energy levels. she had kind of a weird reaction the first couple of days but it went away.

    Evening Primrose Oil is suggested for women as this can help with PMS and whatnot hormonal shifts side effects you may get every month.

    Aloe Vera juice takes a bit to get used to and is supposed to be healthy so I have a drink of that once in a while. As for the rest...Don't get your hopes too high, for example if you decide to take safflower oil in the hopes of fat burning...I'd say save your money since it will most likely only help you metabolize fats with hard work put in, if you want the otehr health benefits to it thoguh...Go right ahead
