Any suggestions. I know I can walk but it has to be a slow pace. I walked fast today and didnt realize how much you use your arms. What else can I do?

Why not ask your doctor instead of doing something and hurting yourself?0

Unfortunately not much because you do use your shoulder muscles with much of everything. Check with your surgeon or PT and they can help0

recumbent biking or stair climing
i sometimes have shoulder issues from a past injury and recumbent biking and stairs are pretty much all i can do . anything else involves shoulder mobility and stability in some way.
oh yeah, maybe back stroke swimming with your arms motionless, but that gets boring after awhile and i couldnt imagine doing that for a full 30-45 minute workou
good luck with the shoulder!0
