Dieting on Passover?

I've always thought of Passover as a great time of year to lose weight. No bread or no pasta for a week, no exceptions. But sometimes during Passover it's easy to gain weight. Because you can't eat the foods you usually eat, you end up eating a lot of the things you can, like Passover potato chips, and Passover candy. Does anyone have any great Passover recipes to keep you full and away from the chips and candy?
