Advice/help? :)

So i'm 5'5 and 140 lbs, and i'm 16 years old, i lost 10 lbs last summer and i felt great but now i'd like to lose a little more, i'm thinking maybe 15 or 20 lbs, i've been doing myfitnesspal but i can't get myself motivated enough to stick to it.

If anyone has any advice for fitness or food tips, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
