New to your site - I hope it works

Good Morning Everyone,

I was recommended your web site by someone at the gym. This maybe what I need. I have done Weight Watchers, and other organizations to help with the weight. I get depress standing on that scale and paying that money. I eat when I get upset. Not Good. I may even post a picture some day. I will try the 21 day challenge and change some ways. If anyone has any ideas to change this old dog's old tricks. I think I know them all.

    Okay first off, welcome to the site! Now, the only way to change your "old dog tricks" is to do it yourself. Here though its really easy to get started. I don't know what Weight Watchers is like, but here your given more calories to eat, than the typical 1,200 that other diets do. I love to do workouts because we are encouraged to eat our workout calories, and excercise means more food for that day! lol It really does help. Last time I was here, I didn't follow that advice and gave up. This time though, I don't feel like I am missing out as much.
