That last 3kg!

I've been stuck on the last 3kg for the past couple of years... Whether you're in a similar situation or simply starting to make a change to your life, I'd love to hear from you and have you as a Fitness Pal!

I know that exercise isn't my issue as I do CrossFit 4-5 times a week, pole dancing twice a week, once yoga and occasionally a boxing session here and there. It's my food choices that's letting me down.

I went to see a nutritionist late last year, and I'd sucessfully lost 3cm around my waist, and reduced body fat % by 5%. But I'm still not exactly where I want to be.

My goal is to trim that last 3kg and finally be the super lean type that I'm envious of on those Fitness magazines!
