So I just got my Ninja Cooking System yesterday and have used it twice to make dinner and once to bake a cake. So far I really love it! I like that you can "steam bake" cakes in it which allows you to use HALF the fat/oil the recipe calls for and you STILL get a super moist cake. I also steam baked babyback ribs in it tonight on the roasting wrack and in 90 minutes I had ridiculously tender ribs! And because they were cooked on the wrack a ton of grease was removed while they cooked and just left in the bottom of the cooker. Last night I made spaghetti and meatballs in it and it was by far the easiest spaghetti dinner I have ever made. You just combine 4 cups of water, a box of spaghetti noodles (broke in half), a jar of sauce and a bag of frozen meatballs inside the cooker, cover, and 35 minutes later I had a HUGE pot of ready made spaghetti. It took 2 minutes to put together, I stirred it once 25 min into the cooking time and that is that. Dinner was done and I spent all of about 3 minutes actually doing anything!! It is also super easy to clean. Nothing sticks to the inside of that thing. Hot water will rinse out just about everything, and then a swipe or two with a soapy sponge if its a tad greasy (like from the ribs tonight) and you're done. It is also dishwasher safe if you want to go that route with it. Anyway, just thought I'd tell everyone how much I like it in case anyone was debating on getting one. Yes they are a little pricey (especially if you get the extras, but the basic cooking system will be plenty too so don't feel like you have to get the extras!) but it really is worth what you pay for it!
