Looking for a weight loss penpal that is similar to me

Hello,
I am a 45 yr old mother of a teenager who is struggling with her weight and is looking for a motivation buddy that is similar in her approach to weight loss. I am trying to follow the food guide mainly and keep my calories below 1200. I have increased my vegetables and fruits and start my day with steel cut oatmeal and keep my meat portions to mainly chicken and /or fish twice a week. My height is 5'2 and I have ballooned up to 157 lbs. In the past, my weight always stayed between 115 - 130 lbs maximum. However, I now find it more challenging d/t career, stress and family. The usual problems for us woman! In terms of exercise I see a weight trainer once per week and I would like to start (light) jogging again as soon as I drop about 10 lbs and the spring hits.
